Flash home page for a social game

Hello I am looking for a flash designer to design and animate a home for a social game. ## Deliverables Please check out this game on facebook, [login to view URL] the image that we need is similar to the city page over there, this is basically the entrance page for the whole game with the main sections in the game placed as buildings. The city needs to have a modern arabic city look (like dubai for example) with palm trees, a small lagoon etc. but please dont include any landmarks from dubai, it should only look like a modern arabic city. Please note that the design needs to be animated in flash, but only the sections that have animations should be in flash, the other parts should over an image, please check the attached draft design, the flash sections are the buildings, water etc however the placed where the money, diamods, avatar and stats are need to be images so that their backend can be coded in php. The buildings are: Hall of fame Missions (represented with an academy) Mall beauty Saloon Challenge area (represented with a ball room) Real estate agent Mini games (represented with a carnival or amusement park) Below the image of the city we have the friends bar.
