Build a website for a non profit organization

I need an informational / online brochure website designed and coded. The site should be built using [login to view URL] want the look of the website to be modern and cutting edge. This is for a Farmers Market/ Swap Meet. A good example of the design quality we're looking for is:[login to view URL] are a few things we want on the website:1. Modern design and eye catching 2. Website must be responsive and look very nice on a mobile version or tablet device. 3. Website must load quickly. 4. We want to process 3 type of transactions on the website directly:a. Transaction #1: ability to donate directly to the non-profit b. Transaction #2: ability to pay for vendor booths. You can integrate eventbrite API to fulfill this requirement. c. Transaction #3: We want an ecommerce side to be integrated so that vendors can sell their products on a separate part of the website to compliment their sales that will be made in person. 5. Website must have onsite SEO to be indexed on search engine results. 6. Overall, we just want a nice website that has clean code and looks nice enough for us to be proud of to call our own.
