create filtering and comparing option

in my running website i need to a add page where i can list all the product with filtering and comparing options. so that client can find their products by using filtering option and can compare among themselves. ive certain design for that. ill provide that to u. u need to create front page(where data will be shown), add functionality in admin section where from admin can can manage data, and also necessary database.
