Slice PSD to platform/device independent HTML/CSS

I am building a brand new website. I've worked with a designer to layout each and every page of the website that we are building. It is a totally custom design (not using any CMS or templates). I'd like to get the designs sliced into HTML/CSS that will be browser, platform, device.. independent. Bootstrap is the solution that I am looking at, but I am open to suggestions. This job will require the highest quality of work, and needs to be done by someone that does PD slicing day-in and day-out. The end product needs to be modulairsed and reusable. The QUALITY of the delivered code will be just as important, if not more so than the accuracy of the delivered product. Broadly speaking there is a home-page, and a handful of inside pages. Beyond that there is popup-overlay and the usual set of forms etc. (FYI: we are going for a flat design with big, bold everything.) 1. Please make sure to include links to past work that you have sliced in a cross-browser, cross-platform manner. 2. Suggest a price range (either on a per page basis, or per hour basis.) I am open to discussing a price on the "project" basis too. 3. Be prepared to sign and stand-by a NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement).
