Donor Christmas Cards - PSSH

About Us Pregnancy Support Services of Hamilton ([login to view URL]) is a start-up Christian charity that operates a counseling and resource center in downtown Hamilton, one of the most needy urban areas in the southern Ontario region of Canada. The center is run by staff and volunteers who want to support women facing an unplanned pregnancy by helping make a well-planned decision as to the options she has with her pregnancy: to parent, release for adoption, or abortion. We also support mothers and their families who need material support, such as clothing, and connect them to other churches and organizations who can give her a supportive community to raise her child in. Project overview We need to send a 4x6 inch Christmas card to our supporter base of approximate 100, who are like-minded Christians in the area. The purpose of the card is to: 1. Build community awareness and brand recognition through Christmas greetings. 2. Update our supporters on the results of the center. 3. Ask for additional financial support through an included mailing insert (not part of this design project). Timeline We are looking for submissions by Wednesday December 5, 2012. Deliverables • One double-sided 4x6 inch card in high resolution PDF or EPS format deliverable to a local printer. Previous branding • Please see attached files for previous branding work and past card design. Specifics The panels of the card is labeled 1-4, 1 being the front when folded, 2 the inside reverse of the front cover, 3 the inside reverse of the back, and 4 the back. 1. The front of the card should retain strong branding (PSSH logo) with a Christmas theme (additional colors or icons of Christian origin, no modern folklore: e.g. Santa/Reindeer/Elves etc). Include “Merry Christmas” text. 2. No text or specific design elements on this panel. Christmas elements of panel 3 can extend to this if desired. 3. The panel contains well laid out typography with Christmas theme (see above comments): Together we made a difference this year: 14 Women have come through our doors seeking support in their pregnancies.
