Multi Merchant marketplace

we want to build a Multi Merchant marketplace website that includes the following: - seller can register and create a store and create and modify listings. modification includes price,qty., handling time, add images,add notes,delete or pause the product, but once product created seller can not modify title or description. -seller gets notification on every new order so he can confirm or reject the order. -separate pages for new, confirmed, returned and cancelled orders. -seller can see his balance in columns as available, pending, fees. seller balance is blocked and can not request withdrawal until we confirm that the buyer received the order and we unblock the amount. -seller can subscribe to featured offers buy paying monthly fees. -seller is able to use his available balance to buy from site. -seller only sees buyers name and city and only items ordered from him and can not see any other info. we will handle the process of collecting the items from the seller and ship it to the buyer and collect the money and put it in the sellers pending balance. -seller rating and feedback system. -product rating and feedback system. -seller can request withdrawal through bank transfer only. -buyer can buy items from more than one sellers in the same order. -after an offer is created any other seller can get in the offer and sell the same item and the seller with the lowest price will be visible. foe example please check: [login to view URL] we need something similar to this website but with a different style
