Build a Dynamic Website Template -- 2

I want a website template with Hexagon shape (Block) Menu buttons with captions. It must be adjustable with various size of mobiles as well as PC/MAC browser. ->Hexagon code must be minimal. -> It should be able to display to hold text, image, video, audio captions. ->Size of hexagon and it's properties should be configurable using a different admin hexagon property page. ->Each triangular corner of the Hexagon should have click action [login to view URL] example- left and right to view next previous and next image within hexagon block. ->Hexagon block design must be such way that it can be used many times within a webpage and in other page and it should also work as simple button to jump to other webpage. ->All Hexagon block shape can be changed from setting page. ->Create at least 4 pages - Main, Forum, Service, Settings and Help. Add one more webpage with your questions and tasks up to that build about this website project.
