I want a website where home-owners can advertise their homes, and customers can book a home for a few nights. Website will be designed for the UK, and then after 6 months maybe expand to USA. The website needs to have a user id facility for the home-owner, and a user id for the customer. Payment needs to go via my website. Home-owners need to be able to add, edit and manage their homes online via a control panel. That is a basic idea.
