Looking to build a web site, the site will be for our trade customers to place orders with us, we have many products that we offer. The trade customer will make selections from drop down lists, enter sizes, colours, type etc. The selection will be added to an order which will be sent to us by email. We will not be taking payments thru the web site. We will need the prices to be calculated from the choices that the customers makes. and to be shown on their "order". It is very important that we can change the prices and products as and when we want to. The site will need to have a secure area that the clients log into where they can see the prices and place orders. I have attached our price list to give you an understanding of the scope of work needed and a flow chart with the initial idea of how i think it will work. This is going to be a new site with no logos or designs in place so you will be staring with a "blank sheet" we will require the hosting to be done on our own platform which s provided by "fast hosts" I look forward to your proposals.

I will code the website for user to login securely and manage their orders (make new or cancel existing) and once they make it, you will get the order details by email immediately. And therr will be admin panel from where you can add new or delete existing product or change price of it. Website will have all features that you want and most importantly it will be highly secure. I understand that you need a system where user can see the products and their prices . it will all work like the shopping cart but the difference is you don't want to take payment with site.
