Hi there, I am an expert in web scraping but I am also good at creating websites. I would be very interested in working on on this project. I've had similar jobs and I actually built a scraper that fetches views and subscribers daily for a list of users stored in a database. For website building I am working with bootstrap and I build everything from scratch (no CMS or frameworks involved). For data mining on youtube I'll build a web scraper that will run as cronjob to periodically update stats. I would be very interested in learning more details about your project. I think I could finish it within a month and I also think the price range you set here is quite generous. For me, 660 GBP would be fine.
