I need someone to change the colour scheme of my website via the css to the colour scheme that I provide. I also need a multi language option included like the one in the image that I have attached. I need the ability to be able to have the website translated at any point. The freelancer must show me how to input the other languages. PLEASE write a detailed response, templates won't be accepted.
