EASY Graphic Design - Visual overhaul

I need my websites member area to look highly appealing to the eye. Nothing too drastic, but I need it to stand out and be ORIGINAL. If you cannot design work from scratch, do not bid! I DO NOT want alterations for the header, navigation or footer area. I just need to spice up the content area, the tables look so boring and the buttons look terrible. I would like custom buttons for each, but keeping the original font. Feel free to use your own images of diamonds, etc. (this is for a diamond purchaser website) I just need the design (.psd files), not anyone to implement the work. I will not be giving any login or FTP info for this project. Our programmers will slice and implement the graphics where they are needed.
