As i do all my work on Revit, I could as well provide you with other layouts for those plans, or if needed for 3D modeling later on, you could have the files for a little more. I could create 3D plans with colors and shadows, send the the files in cad or revit or any other format. Thank you for your time

Hello, I have checked the attached floor plans and read your project description. Based on original plans in pdf and your input, I would prepare simplified plans (walls, openings, furniture, room names; if you'd like, I can add floor materials or leave black and white as on your example). To compete this task I would use, autocad+photoshop. Regarding the price - my rough estimate is that I can do 3-4 of these in one hour. My hour is 15$. Considering the number of apartments, we can lower the price/hour. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
