Get a Website Built

I want a website built using C# ASP.NET MVC. The website will accompany a subreddit on reddit.com. The website enhancing the features of the users by extending the user's reddit profile. The user logs in with their reddit account. The user then answers a bunch of questions that I define. The tools/ technologies allowed to be used on this project are: C# Microsoft SQL Server ASP.NET Razor MVC Javascript - JQuery - JQuery UI Bootstrap My goal is to take over this project and these are this is what I know now. Other libraries can be used but please run it by me first before adding them. For example: I know AnjularJS v1 but I wouldn't want to use it for this project. A javascript graphing library may be ok if I look it up first. 1) some examples of questions are: * DOB (Used to determine age) * address (autocomplete field that used map API) - The components on the profile are city, state, country * gender 2) the user has the ability to set a privacy setting for each question they answer. * Private - only they can see it * public - anyone registered user who views their profile can see their answer * /r/Friends - Anyone registered as the reddit user's friend ([login to view URL]) can see their answer 3) The user can upload one profile picture. The pictures are stored in a directory and the file paths are managed in a sql table. 4) There will be questions were the user can answer via a sound recording (mp3). An example would be like "What did you eat last?". Thy record themselves answering the question and upload the mp3. The mp3 files are stored in a directory and managed via a sql table (like the profile pictures). 5) Create a page that randomly generates a profile. Using the content that the other users entered (profile pic, sound recorded answers, gender, age, etc) create a profile for everyone to see. The users then answer questions about the randomly generated profile. 6) The url to the user's profile should be <website name>/user/<reddit user name> 7) When the user saves their newly created profile, generate a shorten url to their profile using google url shortener. 8) Save a history of all the data entered. For example, the User Sql table will have a UserHistory shadow table. The Profile Pictures Sql table. The goal is to create a 'Time Machine' feature where a user can select any point in time and see what their profile looked like at that time. 9) Gather the city/state/country data the users have entered and create a map of the userbase via zeemaps.com. The best way I can think of this is to create a spreadsheet every night and upload the spreadsheet to zeemaps.com. Use the free account for this feature. 10) Create a page that has all the donation links. The donation methods would be bitcoin and paypal. Users who donate have the option to display their username on a "Thank you" page. ******************************* 11) create a reddit bot using the RedditSharp API ([login to view URL]). The reddit bot will automate moderator tasks on a subreddit. When the user saves their newly created profile, set the user's flair on the accompanying subbreddit to the google short url. 12) The subreddit will be private. Once they complete their profile on the accompanying website, they will be invited to the subreddit and be an approved user. 13) The user will not be allowed to join, post, comment on the subreddit until they create a profile and their flair is set by the reddit bot. If they post/comment before creating a profile have the reddit bot delete their post/comment and send them a private message instructing them to do so. ******************************* 14) create a report page on the website to graph out the answers to the questions and answers in pie charts. Not all questions I have will be graphable; only the ones with a set number of answers. For the questions were the users can give a freeform answer, show the top 5 most common answers instead of a pie chart. 15) Use or create a bootstrap theme for the website and create a matching stylesheet to apply to the subreddit. 16) Incorporate Google Analytics on every page for research purposes.
