HTML Drawing and Converting to PDF -- 2

I need the ability to draw on a image in html. I want to be able to do the following: 1. Draw on the image 2. Save the Draw Path to a Database 3. I should be able to open and resize the image, and the draw path should draw accordingly to the image dimensions 4. I should be able to convert the image and drawpath into a pdf. For testing purposes, please use any image you want and create a mysql table to save the draw path. You can use javascript/jquery. Must be compatible with safari, chrome, ie 9+, firefox.
