Online image coloring with HTML.

We are looking to have a simple page built that we can "color" images with. We are looking to have almost the same exact functionality as: [login to view URL] We also have another demo we can share and image files to test with. We would prefer SVG or PNG as the source image. As you notice in the image provided the "color" pallet is rather large. We have a list of all the colors we need included and don't mind doing some typing ourselves if we know where to put the information. We just really need more of a start point. A friend helped out today and did some HTML/JavaScripting that works with SVG files. We have access to this code to work from as well. Would be best if the layout is responsive but not required. We need this done within the next few days. Thank you.
