Small Project - Template Adjustment - Home Page, 1 Sub Page

I have attached two images herein. The template without adjustments. I have this loaded to my webhosting. Change - What I need to look like. I also need to take the home page, make any adjustments needed, and create a subpage. The subpage will have the same header, sidebar, and footer. It's mostly a copy/past. However, I'll have a bit of text on the subpage before the embedded youtube video. I don't need any work on the header. I will have art work soon to place the images. So, it's all involving the body, sidebar, and footer. The footer text isn't correct in the image in two of the links. It will be like the menu in the header.
