Im starting a coffeshop so need to Build a brand, including logo, website and hopefully help with packaging of products that will offered

Hows it going guys, Im new to freelancer but not new to business. I have an automotive business in which I sell and customize vehicles. Right now I'm venturing off to a new project in hopes of helping my mom fulfill her life long dream of having her own bakery/coffee shop. She currently works from home making tons of delicious goods to satisfy all her hungry customers. For years now, she has grown thanks to word of mouth and referrals. I believe its time for her to take it up a notch and start doing this at a commercial level with her own shop. She always wanted to open a small bakery/snack/coffee shop and i know It might sound confusing but we just plan on serving great coffee, smoothies, and finger food such as small pastries and sandwiches. Our signature item and determinant of our success will be her Saltenas. These delicious hand crafted steak filled pastries will have you begging for more after just one bite. They are extremely delicious and are made to perfection. Our biggest competitor (just because they started first) will be "Llama Party" which is based on NYC. I've included their name so you can get an idea of the product we will provide. There is definitely a lot of work needed and right now we need help with the development of our logo and website. The business will be called "Llama Latte" so we are looking for a cool logo that has a Llama as the focus point. (This is because the llama is the national animal for Bolivia and the food items we sell will be Bolivian). This logo needs to be very attractive for our young population so whats better than a cool hipster llama. I plan on having merchandise made with that logo, so if you could help me with the design of shirts, coffee mugs, and the packaging used in our shop would be awesome and will pay for those services too! Again looking to attract the young population as they will help with the marketing of our product by promoting it through their social media. We also need help with development of our website. I would like for it to be our online store so we can start receiving and fulfilling greater orders through there. Once the logo has been made, I will provide the information needed on the website. Or if you have any ideas in mind, I will also consider and appreciate them. This contest is essentially for the development of our logo and our website. If you can design other things or help develop our packaging that would be huge plus! One day we hope that our Saltenas will be sold through stores nation wide and that our brand becomes very well known. This project is extremely important to us and need the best help we can get with it. Hope we can find someone who sees our vision for our products, and someone we can build a great business relationship with.
