Hola. con un ADC de 10 bits muy común en microcontroladores pic se puede usando el vref adecuado obtener una resolucion de aproximadamente 0.3mV y luego presentarlo en LCD o led de siete segmentos. Puedo realizar el trabajo que solicitas. Incluye circuito esquematico, filtro antialiasing, un microcontrolador PIC, firmware y codigo fuente, display en lcd o led de siete segmentos. simulaciones y una presentacion de tipo académica o técnica en word o power point. hola ya existe un chip en el mercado que te maneja un display de 7 segmentos y tiene el adc listo es solo poner la circueteria adicional
