Wordpress Graphic Web Design Task

We need a good Wordpress Graphic Designer to design a landing page + lead capture page based off our rough mockups and upload to our server. The pages will include standard privacy, terms + copyright links in footer. This is a very simple project which needs to be completed within 24 hours. We need someone that can start immediately and we can pay up to $30 for this simple project. 1.
