Write an iPad application

Revised Druid 1 I do a little bit of programming, but I'm not great at it. Once I have something in front of me I can tweak it to great effect, but I'm not really good at designing much from the ground up and starting off. This would eat up my weekends for a month or more of pestering people for bits and pieces of help on message boards, but is probably about 6-8 hours of work for an experienced coder. So, I'd rather pay someone to help me get to that point where I'm comfortable than waste over a month of my time getting frustrated. I am using codea for iPad, which programs in Lua. My initial game template is the "Dungeon Roller" game included in codea. Other than the specific changes below, just leave the existing base code intact, I plan on making use of it. Basic changes: Title screen "The Druid" Pause screen showing what abilities you've unlocked and what is still to come. Can be a pop up box instead of full screen. It doesn't have to show all unlocked as long as it shower current health, current attack, and the next ability unlocked and what score is needed to unlock it. Always 3+ (score/100) enemies on screen. Killing enemy spawns a new enemy. 20% chance of tier 1 gem, 10% chance for tier 2 gem, 5% chance for tier 3 gem. New enemy will be far away from the Druid. Score- top center of screen. Tier 1 gem adds 1, tier 2 gem adds 2, tier 3 gem adds 3. You current score gets added to enemies detection range. Right side has 3 buttons. Regenerate, Call Animal, Wild Shape. Buttons light up in such a way to indicate recharge. 5 different stages. I just need the set up, I'll design the stages, I just have no idea how to make these different worlds you can choose from. You can simply duplicate the same stage that's already there 5 times for the time being. Game saves your previous high score, and what is currently unlocked. Progressive, level up type changes. Reaching certain scores unlocks things for the Druid. Start 10 attack power 50 health color brown attack 1)Nature's Wrath 12 attack power, changes color to green 5)Improved Constitution 55 health 20)Regenerate- right side button. Heals 1 hp per second for 15 seconds. Can't heal more than starting HP. 180 second recharge. 30)Gaia's Fist attack power 14 40)Greater fortitude 60 health 50)Call lightning- blue lightning attack that causes damage equal to your base attack wherever you tap at. So, you attack around you and where you tap. This is what I was working on when I gave up. I had the Lightning appearing when I put my finger on the screen, when I put my finger there, and the aura damage wasn't until after I moved my finger. The Lightning appeared but did no damage. And it wasn't centered under my finger. It was just a little right, and a little down every time. This was the frustrating turning point that got me to turn to freelancer. I look forward to seeing your code and why touch.x and touch.y didn't work. 60)Force of Nature- 16 attack 70)Increased Stamina- 65 health 80)Call Animal - right side button, when gained calls a wolf with 15 health, 40 size, and 7 attack that pursues your enemies until death. 240 second recharge. 90)Call of the Wild - 18 attack 100)Enhanced Vigor - 70 Health 110)Wild Shape - right side button, when gained wild shape to bear. + 5 attack, + 5 health, + 5 size, lasts until you press button again. 30 second timer when you shift back to human before you can wild shape again. At this point everything is unlocked and everything after this is an upgraded version that should simply require tweaking and balancing I can do. I can spend time developing story line and refining how many points to unlock abilities based on challenge, as well as adding multiple monsters and worlds.
