HI, I can do the scripting/server-side parts I have various experience in this field. I have a friend who can do the design stuff if it requires more skill than I have (he is also available here on freelancer.com, in my portfolio the smaller websites are his designs). PS: I know my hourly rate is high, but here in Germany we work for 50 eur / hour.
