Blogger/Blogspot template design

I need a new Blogger template for the site at [login to view URL] and I really need someone who has done *Blogger* templates, not Wordpress. Most responsive templates just cut off the sidebar for mobile users. What I want is something like the template at [login to view URL] where the sidebar is normal on a computer, but moves down to the footer on mobile. I also want the *simplest* possible template; most template designs allow you to add every possible gadget and edit as much as possible via Blogger's Theme Editor. Basically, I want the template to *only* include the stuff I'm using, to make it simpler to edit later. YOU MUST KNOW BLOGGER'S INTERNAL LANGUAGE. Please provide a line of code from a Blogger template you've written; I'm getting overwhelmed with responses from Wordpress designers, which is making it difficult to find who I'm looking for.
