Website change

I have an Ubertor web site which is a CSS kit web site with a monthly fee. I need some design changes made to the site which I have detailed below. I'm looking for the work to commence within the 1 or max 2 days. Web site: [login to view URL] Home Page -Remove Liz Penner logo from top of page and move into navigation bar and link the logo to the home page. -Add a fixed top bar to the top of web page with contact details and social media link. Fixed top bar to be sticky and on all pages. Include a book an appointment button to be synced with my google calendar. -Remove map from footer of page -Remove my photo from footer of page -Move buy a home and sell a home square boxes from the bottom of the page to the top of the page below the navigation bar. Make 3rd box the same size as the other 2 boxes. Upload a picture of Liz Penner into the box and link the box to the about me page -Move the featured listings section below the 3 boxes at top of page and the header FEATURED LISTINGS -Move the Search to the MLS below the featured listings and frame search. -Add a signup for my email list button. Contact page -Remove map and replace with photo of my. Add a call now button, social medial links, signup for my email list and book an appointment button. About page -Combine testimonials and about page. Add a photo of me in the left sidebar. Active listings and recent sales web pages -Add custom banner for each page with title.
