Responsibilities - Manage and ensure the cleanliness of databases across various clients. - Handle API integrations and effectively connect various systems to HubSpot using tools like Zapier and Make .com. - Optimize HubSpot objects and automate processes, including form submissions that trigger deal creations and associate contacts. - Develop and manage workflows and lifecycle drip email campaigns tailored to different client needs. - Oversee the creation and analysis of custom reports for diverse clients. - Manage sales pipeline visualization and adjustments for various projects. - Train team members on advanced HubSpot functionalities for a range of scenarios. - Ensure seamless data synchronization across connected applications for all clients. - Configure and manage HubSpot chatbots as per client requirements. - Implement SEO strategies within the HubSpot environment to meet diverse client goals. Requirements: - Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to new challenges quickly. - In-depth knowledge of API integrations and familiarity with automation tools. - Demonstrated ability to develop complex workflows and optimize system processes across various environments. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Strong ability to train others and share knowledge effectively.
