I have a very low qulaity cut-away image of a air purifier I am marketing, and I would like to have a high quality vector image created. Two models, 90% similar to each other. The labels of the parts will need be in a two languages, but essential, its a single illustration with some very minor variation. The file "tracs_schematic" is the old low resolution image I want you to re-create as a vector. The file "traces_internal" is an old photograph. The current unit is slightly modified, and I'll send a picture of the current two models to base your vector illustration on.
