Lets skip the part where I should be saying how awesome we are, you will see that if you pick us :) Thank you for sharing the images and plan of the apartment, I think there is some potential here. Before starting on the apartment, let me describe how we work. We usually first do moodboards to see are we on the same track. After that we do a few options for floorplans, and after that we are narrowing the plan to one design. After we have decided what plan is the best option for you, we will provide you with Interior Elevations, and last we do detailed furniture layouts with exact furniture we picked for your design with 3d. As you are from Belgium we can offer to do one or two visits to the site as we are currently in Montenegro and there is a cheap flight to Charleroi. So, about the apartment. I think we maybe can try to upgrade it to one bedroom (although small) instead of being just a studio. Don't know are you planning to use it as AirBnB or to live in it but either way, having a bedroom is always a major plus. Also, I don't know the structural of the building, but I am wondering could we rearrange the volumes of the kitchen and bathroom, as maybe we can gain more by just adjusting those two.
