Mixed use floor plan design

I am looking for a skilled architect or designer to create a floor plan for a mixed-use building that combines residential and commercial spaces. The building will have a total square footage of less than 2600 sq ft and we prefer a modern design. The buisling exist already and has residential on the upper floor and commercial in the main level. The main level will stay as is along with the basement however the upper level I would like to make 2 selft contained 1 bedroom suites with the center of the building being the wet wall which will have back to back kitchens and bathrooms.
