This project requires a tactful balance of function and aesthetic; aiming to offer guests an immersive village-like stay. With less than ten rooms, the intimate setting should be carefully considered throughout the design process. Essential Skills and Experience: - Proven portfolio in rustic/natural architecture - Prior experience on resort projects - A strong approach to sustainable, eco-friendly designs - Capacity to integrate outdoor/indoor spaces seamlessly The design must incorporate key aspects: - A harmonious blend of natural elements and comfort - Ability to design multi-functional spaces - Proficient in designing small yet spacious interiors. Specific facilities may include: - Village lifestyle inspired settings - Spaces for wellness activities - An informal gathering space - Representation of local cultural themes Your vision will play a key part in translating intangible ideas into tangible spaces. If you're an innovator with the power to design beyond conventional boundaries, I welcome your bid. Deliveries should include: 1. Master Plan for complete project 2.
