I Need a large address list or database for testing

I am looking for databases or lists of addresses from any country in Europe, Asia or Africa. I need millions of records (minimum 1 million) because I need to use these to test a geo software that I am developing. Each record MUST have the person's first name and last name, the full address with street address, city, state or region, postal/zip code, telephone and e-mail if available. It can be a business list as long as the contact person's first name and last name are included. I do not want fake data or repeated duplicate data. I need real data. I need each record to be unique. I need these in any simple format like CSV or delimited ASCII so that I can import them into my database. When I receive them, I will check them first to make sure the data is not fake or has tons of duplicates. Please do not offer scraping services, I want to buy an existing list of database with many millions of addresses. Thank you
