100 DoFollow Links from Comments

I need 100 DoFollow comments linking to my sites. Price is strict – $0.5 per comment so please bid $50. I don't make escrow (!) but can pay in parts. For example you send me 20 comments, I pay you $10. I pay the day I receive report from you but I check all links in 3 days and ask to replace the disappeared ones. Only after receiving replacements I make good review and we start new project (I need a lot of such links). Requirements: * All links should be DoFollow * Average Google PR of the actual pages (not site) should be 6 or higher * Alexa Rank – less than 20,000,000 (that's easy) * All domains should be different (not [login to view URL], [login to view URL]) * All domains should have different C-class IP (not 1.2.3.4, 1.2.3.5) * Linking page should be cached by Google during last 30 days * Comments don't have to be long but should be relevant (no "nice post!", "good blog!", "thanks", etc) * Count of outbound links (including already posted comments) not more than 100 All links that don't meet these requirements will not be counted. Believe me, I check every link using my checking tool and then manually.
