Marketing Partner with Skype for Viral Website -

I am looking for somebody who has knowledge of internet marketing and wants to help me start up a viral website. This viral website is a custom script that I have modified which rewards users with virtual or physical prizes in exchange for referrals to the website. In order for the user to receive the reward, they must complete a CPA offer. This website is unique because I [hidden]. I am not looking to HIRE somebody, I am looking for a PARTNER. This does not mean I will not pay you, but I am not willing to pay you a lot. I am looking to pay $10 - 40 upfront, then you will receive a percentage of all profits from the website. We will discuss this percentage (and everything else) over Skype. I do not require you to use any specific type of marketing but a few ideas are Facebook, YouTube, e-mail campaigns, forums, etc. Again, I am looking for somebody with knowledge of internet marketing.
