Re relight new site content

Hi. I have just had a web site made and have the text content in place. This has been taken from others. Sites similar to each service. I need the landing page and all other scripted pages re written with SEO. I am new to the Internet so anything else that may help me get my new venture in front of people would be good. I will also need help with signing upto free sites that help with google ranking. If this is something you feel you can help with please let me know how long and a fixed cost.
