Web presence in China

Hello, I want several of my websites to become visible and usable in China. For reasons I do not understand, the website can be seen, but not all of the content. If you are someone who understands the issues and knows how to solve the problems, please bid something on this project. At the moment, I am just in the exploratory stages and am simply looking for someone who understands what I do not. I will only be able to review those persons who send a message along with their bid, and the message should be about the issue I discussed above. Thank you, Andrew
