Weekly Facebook and Twitter Campaign Using My Tools

I have tools which automate a lot of Facebook Campaigns and Twitter , for both free and Paid Ads. I produce the copy and media: I want these implemented, split tested and reports sent. Must be prepared learn the tools (full training on the software itself); trust in managing the campaign; Training must be in own time (expert Facebook and Internet Marketers will pick up in short periods) Weekly work includes 1 skype or phone call of 1 hr per week to me for discussions and brainstorming). Recommendations and other ideas welcome. Strict Trial Period of 2 weeks and phone interview necessary for applicants. Intention is for permanent contracting with view to other forms of Internet markting, especially Twitter. On success, intention is for 5 days per week, 8 hour days. Success gauged on income received resulting from campaigns. Commission of 1% to 5% for income on most projects.
