I have a youtube channel with over 69 Video's uploaded. I currently manage with Youtube buddy but growth isnt at the level required. I need someone to assist marketing to increase subscriber base and grow watch time. I am after someone that can be dedicated for approx 2 hrs a day (10 hrs a week ongoing) Because of recient youtube changes, I am running 2 different content on the same channel. 1. Product review and giveaway reviewed products to the subscribers (Onscreen my sons aged 6 and 10 with myself off screen to discuss more technical information (Not just directed to kids_ 2. Gastric Sleeve advise and information channel talking about weight loss surgery. Current subscribers 197 Watch time in last 6 months 1500 hrs ish Managed with Youtube buddy Growth is the requirement here.

Hello, I will try out my best to make you stand out the youtube channel but therefore i need to work 3 months to make it accessiable to all audience and thereby it should have some positive powers to improve life of others by watching your channel. So the fact is can you pay 1000 to freelancer as a milestone for three months after that there will be hourly discussion.
