Development of Apple IOS and web based (cloud) application t

We require the development of Apple IOS and web based (cloud) application that automates the calling of GSM phones. The purpose of the development is to allow an automated call to be made to a property owner upon a guest’s arrival. The IOS application should allow hosts (property owners/managers) to create a user account, add property details to that account and finally assign a telephone number to that property. The host can then assign a booking to a guest (tenant/visitor), this involves selecting a property entering a booking date range and the guests e-mail address. The guest will sent a notification e-mail and be requested to sign up for a user account. After doing the guest will be able to view the bookings assigned to them and have the option call the host from the IOS application. Data is synced between the IOS device and the web service using WiFi/3G however request to make the GSM call must be able to be performed ‘Offline’ by use of SMS and not GSM. When a guest requests to call the host the current time and date and guests email address will be encrypted using a predefined algorithm and sent to the cloud based web application via SMS. The web service then decrypts this data and checks it against its own database. If the guest is authorised to make the call (the guests e-mail and current data match the booking date range and invited e-mail address) the web application will use a SIP service to call the hosts telephone number. The chosen developer must implement the web service using a programming language of their choice and develop the IOS application using an already completed visual design as a guide. We also require that the developer identify a suitable SIP service to make the GSM call. Finally the web application should be given a frontend that mimics the functionality of the IOS application. The ISO application should be able to operate the GSM lock by sending data via SMS to the web service, the web service should then use a SIP service to call the GSM lock.
