Success Factors Consultant with ONB 2.0 Implementation Experience

Job Description: We are currently seeking to have a short conference of 1 to 2 hours with a highly skilled and experienced Success Factors Consultant with expertise in implementing ONB 2.0 (Onboarding 2.0), your primary responsibility will be to guide us through the system features of ONB 2.0, including explaining its functionalities and assisting with specific requirements and configurations. You will also be expected to provide innovative solutions to some business requirements. This role will involve conducting a comprehensive session of discussion and queries, where you will address our questions and provide valuable insights and recommendations. If the assessment phase proves successful, there may be an opportunity to collaborate further and work on implementing the ONB module within our organization. Responsibilities: - Conduct a detailed session to explain the system features and functionalities of ONB 2.0. - Assist with specific requirements and provide guidance on how to configure ONB. - Propose workarounds and turnkey solutions for complex scenarios, such as transferring candidate documents from RCM to ONB. - Enable the mass upload of multiple new hires, ensuring efficient onboarding processes. - Address questions, concerns, and queries related to ONB implementation and usage. - Collaborate with our team to assess the feasibility and potential benefits of implementing ONB. - Provide recommendations based on industry best practices and your expertise in Success Factors. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Success Factors Consultant, specifically with expertise in implementing ONB 2.0. - In-depth knowledge of ONB system features, functionalities, and best practices. - Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in the onboarding domain. - Familiarity with integrating ONB with other Success Factors modules, such as RCM. - Ability to analyze complex requirements and devise appropriate configurations and solutions. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. - Relevant certifications or training in Success Factors and ONB implementation will be highly regarded.
