Simple Java based game for Symbian phones

I'm looking to have a simple game made for the Symbian OS. It would be a side scrolling moving horizontally towards the right with 3 platform (top, middle, bottom). Before jumping into the game, a banner should load from our domain. It would be a small JPG file that we can update anytime from the domain. The player starts off dodging obstacles which come more frequently as time goes by. The player only has one life, hitting an obstacle would end the game showing his score. If the score is above a certain threshold, we would like the app to send some sort of notification to an email address with the player's ID (or phone number or some contact info) and his score. This would be a game app talking to a small server with a simple database via simple RESTful webservice. Score threshold will be pulled from the server if the mobile running the app has internet access. Once the user achieves a score above the threshold, the app will post the score to the server's database. We expect the app to be packaged into a JAR (or JAD) file with filesize not more than 900KB. Graphics will be provided. We have tons of ideas for a small market and we would like to start with something very basic. This would be our first of many symbian games and thats why we are looking for someone who has adequate knowledge of the symbian OS and can deliver simple game ideas.
