224609 Fix form issues with Flash

Please view this page to see the pop up form: [login to view URL] We are utilizing the javascript code for an Aweber autoresponder using their "lightbox" pop up feature. This website template has a flash intro and as you can see the pop up is partially hidden by the flash header. We would like to have the pop up function properly, which means the entire header is obscured and the entire site goes dark with the exception of the pop up. When the popup is closed, the flash header replays as well, which we do not want to happen. Additionally, if we set the pop up to delay, the flash header is reloaded and it plays a second time, which is very annoying. I am looking for someone to make these two things compatible. A second solution that I am open to is completely eliminating the flash action for the website header, no sound and no animation. Or at the very least eliminating the sound.
