Hi, I have seen consumercomplaints platform and understood that they have sections for complaints against a company, Put questions and get answers, serve FAQ and Search. We made CRM softwares where customer support section, dispute and ticket raising procedure for any bugs are being reported from customer. We can make it in JAVA too. This is not a small development and also, we need to make sure all the business listings to be done for a two-way communication with the customer supports of Companies after receiving complaints.
