As requested, there will be no need for invoicing, only a mechanism to change the location/ownership status of the stock.
Our proposed solution is to create a Google Form that can be easily accessed and used by your team to track stock movements. The Google Form will include fields to capture the necessary information for stock inward, transfer, or sale.
For stock inward, the form will capture the following information:
Product name
Product ID
Quantity received
Receiving godown
Date received
For stock transfer or sale, the form will capture the following information:
Product name
Product ID
Quantity to transfer/sell
Current location
Destination godown/party
Date of transfer/sale
Once the user submits the form, the information will be captured and stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet. This will allow you to easily track the inventory levels and locations of your stock.
