Small modification to Javascript output format.

At the moment the attached script taken from GitHub produces output like this [login to view URL] 1. I would like to remove the <ul> <li> stuff and have the output inline like this: Your local IP addresses: ip address here Your public IP addresses: ip address here Your IPv6 addresses: ip address here 2. At the moment if there is no IP address it leaves a blank space, and I would like N/A output instead. I can't see this taking a competent Javascript expert more than five minutes so I am offering $10 for a good solution.
