I get notified when you post projects and I saw this one and wanted to assist you with it. Anyway, I know both JavaScript and jQuery, and also have full LAMP and LEMP stack experience (Linux, Apache/Nginx, MySQL, PHP) as well as experience with Content Management Systems such as Wordpress and Drupal. Based on the link you provided, it sounds like there is a conflict caused by another plugin that is loading the jquery script. When more than one copy or version of the jquery script is loaded, it can cause conflicts and things break. I think that's why the author of the quiz plugin sent you to that link. We would have to go through your plugins that you're using and find the one that is causing the conflict and fix it.
