PARALEGALS/LAWYERS BOOKKEEPERS/ACCOUNTANTS VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS I am starting my own consultancy this month and in order to keep costs low, I want to work with a virtual team of freelancers who will provide project-based support. I will need a Virtual Assistant who will handle email enquiries as well as listen to customer voicemails (delivered by email). The VA will also track sales prospects and ensure that I have followed up with the prospect in a timely manner. I am also interested in working with a Virtual Bookkeeper to handle my financial records and a Virtual Paralegal who could be trained to create specific documents for each client (in PDF). Please provide a project-based bid for your services (example, $30 for setting up an accounting system) but include your hourly fee in a PM. PLEASE DO NOT BID NORTH AMERICAN LEVEL FEES FOR YOUR HOURLY RATE. If I were able to pay North American rates, I would hire someone locally instead of taking a chance on a freelancer. It is a simple matter of economics: I have to be compensated for taking the risk of working with someone who is geographically distant.
