Write a Contract -2

I need a contract to be written as soon as possible. (Preferably 2-3 hours) The contract is about a kid and his parents and their agreement on getting a dog. It does not have to be the most professional contract out there, but it should not be sloppy. The kid should be in the contract as "JJV" and the parents as "PV/JV." The deal is, JV must do all of the following in order to receive a dog: -See Dr. G twice a month when available to talk about and progress with health and food related health issues. -Watch television every Monday and Wednesday nights with PV/JV. -Try his hardest at school -PV/JV can make JJV go to see a teacher for extra help once a week if necessary. Details: -The progress made with Dr. G is not what effects the deal but the effort of trying to make progress and seeing the doctor. -If PV/JV is unavailable to watch television they do not get to switch the days. -JJV can refuse to watch television if he has school work that needs finishing. This does not mean PV/JV can make JJV watch the next night. -PV/JV must judge effort at school on homework grades, assessment grades, discussion grades, absences, and teacher comments. -PV/JV may not judge effort at school on exam grades, final grades, or project grades. -If JJV feels PV/JV are being unfair or unreasonable in how they are judging the effort put forth at school or in any aspect of this contract, PV/JV are required to have a meeting with JV for as long as it takes until the three work out a deal. Both parties must agree. -If PV/JV feel JJV is not putting forth enough effort they must tell him as soon as possible. -If PV/JV tell JJV to see a teacher and JJV thinks it is unnecessary, a meeting must be held to discuss both side's opinions. -All meetings held under this contract cannot end until both sides are in agreement and say the meeting can end. -"Parent" rules do not apply to this contract. By signing this contract PV/JV agree that they cannot say "Since I am your parent I can do this" or act in any way that resembles that. -PV/JV are not allowed to say no to a dog until the final deciding day. This gives JJV always a chance to redeem himself and fix his actions. -If JJV is not doing his end of the deal PV/JV must tell him and he still can have a chance at getting the dog. -If PV/JV have a problem with JJV or the contract a meeting must be held. -If PV/JV go against this contract three times then the dog will automatically be given to JJV. -If PV/JV decide to say no the contract must be resigned for the next time period. -Anything that may have happened in the first time period becomes obsolete and cannot be used against JJV or PV/JV in the following time period. -If PV/JV say yes to a dog the second time period is obsolete. The first time period is from the first day of school to when teacher comments come out in the middle of the first semester. The second time period is from the day after the decision has been made to the day before exams in December. I will need three drafts of the contract. The first one is what you write, the second will have my suggestions added in, and the third will have more suggestions and be the final draft.
