Web site header and eReport cover

Website header design and eReport cover design For the header (750 wide 125 high), we are looking for a simple, clean look that represents professionalism - but not a corporate look. We will need 5 different pictures for testing purposes (young woman at computer, young man at computer, mom at computer [with child playing nearby or baby napping], person in a wheel chair at computer, senior citizen at computer) The computer can be either desktop or laptop. The eReport cover should show a spiral binder on the left side so that it is obviously a report and not a book. The report is about work-at-home scams and we have no preconceived ideas for the cover. Again we would like a clean, professional look that encourages trust. We do NOT want a cover that uses scare tactics concerning scams, but rather something that looks like a report that a government agency might issue to warn of scams. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform These should be in the .jpg format so that they can quickly be loaded into internet browsers.
