Create a logo for a Gin blending class

The mission of The Blending Room is to demystify the process of distillation and bring people closer to the methods, ingredients and reasoning behind some of their favorite types of alcohol. Our experts will guide the class through the distillation process, teaching them exactly what makes a specific alcohol (vodka, gin, etc) so unique. The class will taste some of the flavors the define this alcohol, and finally they will get the chance to blend their very own one of a kind spirit. Targeting young Chinese and Expat professional, business for team events and group parties. The Blending Room is a youthful, modern brand, making the alcohol making process approachable, understandable and fun! These classes are hosted in Shanghai, China, and a key image of the Shanghai skyline, the Pearl Tower, could be a great element to incorporate into the logo, as it is a similar shape to the Pot and Column of a Still. The attached imagery highlights this idea a little better. The logo needs to have a urban feel to it. Open to fonts for both English and Chinese typography. English is the priority.
