We have a Magento store website. We think something may be wrong with the checkout/PayPal. Some times the user has to submit there payment information 3 to 4 times before it goes through and is processed through PayPal. There are errors give as follows when this occurs: "Reason PayPal gateway has rejected request. This transaction cannot be processed. The amount to be charged is zero (#10525: Invalid Data). " "Reason SQLSTATE[40001]: Serialization failure: 1213 Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction " I tested with my card at check out and received the same error: (#10525: Invalid Data). I tried a second time and it went through and was processed. We need to figure out if this is an issue with our check out script or a problem with Paypal's processing. Thank you, Jim
