I am looking for a skilled designer and cnc manufacturer to create ice skating frames inspired by wizard skating (see attachment) made from CNC machined aluminium. The project requires the following: Size: The desired size of the frames is large, which is size 10 and above. Material: Initially stage 1 will be prototype made out of plastic and then stage 2 6061 Aluminium. Design: I do not have a specific design in mind and need design assistance. However, I am open to professional input and suggestions. The design will be heavily modified wizard frames. See attachment Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience in designing and manufacturing ice skating frames - Proficiency in CNC machining and working with aluminium & steel materials - Ability to provide design assistance and creative input - Knowledge of ice skating frame specifications and requirements - Attention to detail and precision in manufacturing processes (specifically to do with rocker - see attachment) If you have the skills and expertise required for this project, please provide examples of your previous work and a proposal outlining your approach and timeline.
